user is Admin rights on an xp machine,

Outlook version is 2007 sp 2 was sp3 but had them reduce thinking that was the issue.

it has been suggested to some that can't wait for FR to try ClickOff.
I installed and it works nicely.
The program is free and will get rid of annoying pop up boxes.
