I find "Code" not as useful as it could be

Because the "Code" field is only 3 characters I find it is of limited use. Maybe for putting a number 1,2,3 etc to rank an action by priority. I find it difficult to remember 3 letter codes for actions and think it would be better with 5 letters or more. What I do is preface the "reference" with each action such as a "Call" with "@CallTo:" or @WaitEmail:" which informs me regarding the call action. In the Code if I chose to use @WE or @WC or whatever with their limited ability of only 3 letters I would have to think what the code means and the more codes I create then the less sense it would make to me. I believe Codes should be 5,6,7 or whatever characters long... enough to make sense.

The Code field only holds 3 characters but the F2 Lookup area can hold a lot more so that you can properly identify the code. Example: "CFU//Customer Follow Up"
