hi,
need advise from experts.
i installed GMPE 2014.2 on a new Win 2012 R2 server and SQL server 2014, which will replace our old server with GMPE 9.0 & SQL 2005.
there are no issues with the installation.

created a similar maintenance plan as on the old server.
however, the backup isn't working and the error log shows the database owner as,
"WINDOWS-MPPH3JC\Administrator."
WINDOWS-MPPH3JC being the server name when it was purchased.
after windows installation and server configuration, SQL software was also installed.
Before, installing goldmine, I renamed it to the same name as old server to avoid any conflict.

in the old server, the database owner shows as "sa"
now, how can i change the ownership to "sa"?
if I change the ownership, will there be any repercussions on the way goldmine works for users on their PC's?

can experts here suggest how to rectify this issue....

You should easily be able to change the Ownership of the sa administrator via the SQL Management Tools.
