I have been having an issue with my ISP and recently a few emails have been returned to me as they have been tagged as spam.

If I read the returned email on my phone prior to downloading to Goldmine it says something like "this email is rejected because... " and a copy of the original email is then shown below.

When the email comes in to Goldmine it just comes in as the original email, there is no "rejection message" and so it just looks like I have sent the original mail to myself.

This never used to happen. Previously any rejected emails would show up as they currently do on my phone with the reason for rejection so is there a setting in Goldmine I have inadvertently changed?

Are there any attachments that were not sent via the original E-Mail?

No, the emails look just as though they were in my outbox waiting to be sent except that they are on my GM record rather than the customer.

It is only when I select Headers All that there is a return message in the header.

This almost sounds like an HTML coding issue.
