Hi, created an AP to scan for history, if conditions match, a follow up activity will be created. Problem is during the day, there will be multiple of the same activity happen to a single contact, how to setup the AP to ignore ones that already scanned in order not to create duplicate activities? I'm thinking comparing the ONTIME field but not sure how. Any suggestions will be very much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

how many times per day are you planning to scan the AP? If you only do it once per day, you don't have to worry about it
