Hi Guys

I have users that run Crystal Reports through GoldMine on Terminal Service and it all works fine. the only problem that I have is that the users are unable to export any of the reports as nothing happens.

I have remote.laptop users who also run Crystal Reports through GoldMine and I have added the relevant files in the systems32 folder as well as creating a Crystal Folder in path c:\Windows and adding the dll's. They are ablke to export the reports fine.

I have added the same files on the Terminal Server but I still have no luck in exporting the reports.

Has anyone else had the problem with Crystal Reports not exporting though Terminal Service.

did you deal with permissions on those DLL's on the term server? They're probably power users or admins on their own machines but don't have sight high-falutin' rights on the terminal server.. I'm guessing..
