GoldMine 5.5 for Windows 95/NT4 encountered a problem and ne

I have GoldMine 5.5 setup via the server scheduler to rebuild GoldMine at 2:00 AM each morning. This has been working well for years, lately if appears that the server is sending an error message: GoldMine 5.5 for Windows 95/NT4 encountered a problem and needed to close. This error message is happening about 2:05 am but GoldMine is showing that the maintenance has completely successfully. I also have GoldMine\GoldSync scheduled to open at 4:00 am via the scheduler and that is working just fine. I am puzzled as to why these messages are showing up and what I can do to make them stop.

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I would manually do a rebuild and see just what is taking place at the time of the error.

I hope you are backing up you database before doing the automatic rebuilds.

Have you checked GM's error logs?

I am using the Task Scheduler to run GM Maintenance every night at 2:00 am. Last night, I ran the GM Maintenance from the scheduler so I could watch the process. Maintenance ran properly and GoldMine closed properly. However, in the Event Viewer a GMW5.exe application error message appeared. I did not see the error message pop up but the IT person said there were 31 of those pops error messages from Microsoft this morning when he logged in.

I have checked the GoldMine error logs but there are none. Databases are being backed up.

Any suggestions!
