GMCE 6.50.40704. They have one remote site license. Sync is via IP and is initiated by the main GoldSync site. The remote site is "listening" and when the main site attempts to connect, the Site rejects the connection by saying, "Remote system provided an invalid verification code. You have to generate a new verification code for this site."
I can see where to generate the verification code but where do yo enter it on the code in the other system? |

Thanks for the reply. On the remote site, I cannot see any place under Properties to enter a code. If I generate the code from the remote site, the only place under properties on the server would be "You may optiojnally assisgn site codes which may be used by sync members....." Is this the place to which you refer?

sync again with no verification code and it ought to disable the sync site on the remote side. Then, go to the properties and it'll give you a screen to enter it 2 or 3 in... If not, try synchronizing with the regular sync wizard once THEN with the sync site...
I had this very same issue today, incidentally, also with a 6.5 user... strange. |
