Hi Bob, Dave,

I've been using BR7 in command line mode to regenerate indexes, but I've found there is a time when things have crashed and the regenerate index does not actually rebuild the index, because it is a ghost index. (Read it is there in filename but is not attached)

The normal operation then would be

1. Drop the index
2. Delete the index file if it still exists
3. Add an new index

My problem is I don't have the commandline format for Drop Index in BR7; only in GoldBox7

All help is appreciated.
Cheers
Bernard

I believe you'll need to contact Dave directly about this (he no longer monitors this board). I have never used BR7 in command-line mode, as I recall, because I work with GoldBox (where I'd use a Q-file).
