My client needs a Terminal Services/GoldMine Expert

My client has a 35 User GoldMine Premium 8.03.80716 ( I know, but we'll upgrade them after they get a stable Network ) out of Houston.

Their outside Network people just installed a New Server, and we just migrated their GoldMine from the Old Server to the New Server. They are now realizing the same Network issues as before ( go figure ) and their oudside IT Professionals are incompetent.

They are not capable of mapping a G:\ drive and keeping the mapped. The mapping keeps going into the neather world. They are not capable of giving a specific user, Amber, the proper Permissions to allow her to use GoldMine properly. Most importantly, they are not capable of configuring Terminal Services so that the Remote users are able to use GoldMine without issue. In the clients own words:

"There are still many intermittent issues with Goldmine on the terminal server
that need to be addressed. Most local users do not have the same regularity
with problems that those on the terminal server, specifically heavy TS users
like Cliff and Leslie do. We discussed engaging the GoldMine TS expert after
the migration was complete. I think it’s time to look into that.

Part of the issue Cliff had earlier was with a drive mapping getting lost, as an
occasional problem that is to be expected, but if it is more consistent that is
something we need to address. As it has been happening morefrequently, I am
looking into that and will get it resolved."

So what am I asking for? I'm looking for that Terminal Service Expert for my client. There must be some GoldMine Partner that is will to assist me with my clients Terminal Server issues. Obviously, you would be compensated at your rates. Please E-mail me directly of your interest.
