When we synch GM to OL using File > synchronize - it works fine, contacts/cal go over fine, even sometimes they duplicates... Then from Outlook they go to MS exchange server and from there they go to users Blackberry.
Everything seems to be working fine but kind of slow.
The issue is that the after the synch is finished it takes 24-48 hours contacts to go to Blackberry.
My question is:
- When we finish the synch to OL - are the contacts uploaded to MS exchange server immediately? if not how can i force them to go there?
- How can I force blackberry to redownload ALL contacts from Exchange server?
Note, once a month we purge everything and run the synch(10k~ contacts).
