My boss wants to consolidate some Email - Filed subfolders into a single subfolder.
1. Isn't there a limitation to the number of emails that can be stored in a single Filed folder?
2. If Filed subfolder1 contains subfolder2, do the emails in subfolder2 count in subfolder1's total regarding the "limitation"?
3. Any other issues, comments?

| There are some settings in Options that influence how email is filed. I am not sure just what settings you are using. My general comment is, "if it ain't broke, don't fix it." Things can be adjusted but you also run the risk of messing things up and/or deleting emails. |

There is a limit in one folder, I think its either 1000 or 1500.
The limit is a display limit, ie, what GoldMine can see on the screen at one time, so I dont believe emails subfolders count towards the number of emails in a folder. I may be wrong about this tho. |

| Ronan has the correct answer. Although the GoldMine folders themselves can contain more records there is a display limitation. |
