Clients are using DP1 and GM CE 7.51.81009. Undocked user was using DP fine last week and this week gets this message when attempting to launch DP from Task Bar or from Program Files. I confirmed he has the same detailsplus.ini as the server.
Error says:
Details Plus has suffered an untrapped application error, described as Exception EIntfCastError in module DetailsPlus.exe at 0016B306. Interface not supported...... |
