Here's a shot in the dark:

Try running GoldMine as administrator and browsing to the BDE location when prompted.

There's a tool called DBTCHECK out there.

Google it and you'll find downloads, info, etc.

Backup before using it, however, as it's a DOS tool and using it is akin to black magic.

Unfortunately, I think you're working VERY hard to maintain virtual environments, multiple contact sets, etc. to work within the many constraints of the dBase/GoldMine 5 environment and it's built up ...

You could possibly achieve it, but for every little search, you'd have to entirely reinvent the wheel.

not natively, no. You could issue an SQL query if your contact sets/GoldMine are in SQL (not dBase.)

It's been a while, but in the right-click menu of a given org chart, you ought to have an option to replicate data across all members of the tree-level.

Global Replace of Detailed Records found in ContSupp table.

You would want to use the criteria <<~CURRENT_USER>> in your filter/query within the dashboard.

You can see an example of this in the GoldMine-supplied "Sales User Dashboard" ...

Yeah, this is due to a recent windows update turning off DDE in word. You can turn it back on with a registry edit. Snipped this from the GoldMine page on the subj:
