I have one user who is experiencing appointments shown on the calendar from another employee as marked private. It is only from that one person. Any other calendar he looks at, everything is fine. If I log into this computer, I see all employees just fine with all their entries. I have checked the employee in question's computer, and nothing they are completing is marked as private. All other employees see all calendars just fine as well.
I have deleted the user's ini and tbi files, let GM re-create, but the same problem exists. Any idea on how to fix? Is their a query I can run that will remove the private flag from all records? |

Private scheduled activities contain '16' in the number1 field.
select * from cal where number1 = '16'
...should find them for you. |

No he is not a master user. When a master logs in, they see everything. When someone with same rights logs in to the computer, they see they entire calendars for everyone. Its just this one user who cannot see one other user's calendar events.
I checked with my corporate IT folks, and they have said its been reported in two other regions as well, and our support folks with Ticomix as well as FR are trying to figure out why this is going on. |

Is it at all possible that they are Scheduling to a Group to which this user does not belong? |

Nope, not scheduling to a group at all. The user can set a dummy appt, and we all see it, but this one user only sees it marked as private. |

Man that really, really sounds like a Group Setting probably under Users' Settings. |
