Hi,

It's been a while!

We ran into an issue where we ran out of GISMO licenses, but we did not add any new users, just setup few new workstations, and we startee getting an error from GIMSO saying that we are out of licenses.

How can we see which users/computers are using GIMSO license? is it possible? Thanks

If memory serves me right you can look on the open files on the server and it will have something to indicate who is using a GMSO license, but unforunately I havent looked at a GM7 install in a while so I cannot remember exactly what you need to look for.

You need to be aware that each workstation that is logged into GISMO is using a license, even if some users are logged into multiple workstations. If you have added additional workstations then this is most likely why you are now getting this error message.

I talked to GM Support and they said to delete 'exflags.dat' which contains GISMO licenses(logged in user), once i did that - the next day it was ok.
