ContactReview Forum Index » Crystal Reports » Cannot run unicode version of ATL71.dll    View previous topic :: View next topic  Cannot run unicode version of ATL71.dll Posted: Mon Oct 12, 2009 9:07 pm Points: 0 kiwi n00b Joined: 25 Feb 2008 Posts: 9 Goldmine 8.02 Crystal X1 One laptop of ouf several users receives this message when trying to go into Goldmine reports and run a crystal report "Cannot run Unicode version of ATL71.dll on Windows95, Windows98 or Windows ME. Please install the ANSI version". The user is using Windows XP SP2 I have tried uninstallng and re-installing crystal. Copying the dll from a working laptop removes this message but causes Goldmien to crash.
