I have already verified that open exclusively is not checked in preferences, login
I am on version 6.7 build 61214
I got an error that the Mailbox dbt coudl not be accessed so I was going to back up before I ran maintenance. back up will not work and cannot rebuild mailbox in gmbase due to additional error that table already exists. |

If you have been using GoldMine's internal backup utility, you need to be aware that it is not reliable, and should have been removed from the product by now (but, of course, it has not been). Backup by copying all of GoldMine's files to a safe location.
Because I have not run that particular build, I'll leave the rest of your question to someone who has. I am aware that there is a newer build, and you should probably be running it. |

That is done daily it has alwasys been our habit to use this utility before a maintenace.
It still leaves me with the table issue in the same file that will not back up. |
