Backup Automated Processes

Is there a way to backup APs only... similar to backing up a word doc or excel spreadsheet as you work on various iterations?

sure, just make a copy of your tracks table in SQL.

Just an FYI: Doing so will not backup and of the Attached Tracks or their state on any given Contact record.
