Hi all, we just added a Windows 7 workstation with GM 8.5.2.8 to the network -- one snag we ran into is that the Dymo label writer software no longer offers the 'add in' connectivity for GM (only offers one for Act).
Anyway, if anyone can offer a resolution (Dymo software version that works?) I would appreciate it. Also, we'll likely update to GM 9.x in the next quarter so compatibility there would be important.
Thanks!

DYMO_Label.zip
This is the old files that are still working on my system today and I am using Windows 7 Ultimate with GoldMine Premium v9. Make sure that you unzip the into your DYMO folder under that Program Files folder. Good luck you. |

We are in the process of upgrading from GoldMine 6.0 on XP to GM 9.0 on Windows 7. We had the same issue. We just built a macro that copies the contact record information, launches Dymo (most current version) and pastes the information in. Not perfect but we don't print labels for marketing purposes (marketing does that), just the occasional correspondence and file label. |
