Okay, I have one user that likes the auto retrieval option and it was working fine until this latest spat of "you have a postcard" virus. Now when it auto retrieves, it pulls it in and opens it. McAfee catches it and she keeps getting the Virus warning and report that it has deleted.

So... I took off the auto-retreive.
Is there anything from the GoldMine side that I can do to allow the auto retreive and not allow the virus? I tried making an email rule dealing with "if subject line contains" but then the virus spreaders changed the subject lines and bam there it was again.
Any thoughts?
Thanks

This has nothing to do GoldMine, however, have you considered getting a different antivirus software? I think Doug likes the AVG product. |
