I use a Goldbox view to create org charts and post them to contsupp. Every weekend, we delete the org charts and rebuid them.

My issues is, some contacts in the org chart show full info such as:
FirstName LastName, Title, Phone 1 (me@here.com)

but others simply show the contact name such as:
FirstName LastName

Any idea why this is happening and how I can get all the org chart entries to show the complete informaiton?

Knowing nothing more than you've said, I suspect it's the limit of 29 characters that GoldMine imposes. The field in which those names are stored is only 35 characters long, and GM useds part of it for "housekeeping".

I don't think so, Is there a way to attach an image? The middle just shows the name and the bottom has name, title, phone and email. Much longer than 29 character.

AHA! Just noticed that I had picked the wrong field a minute ago. The field that does what you're talking about is the Address1 field in Contsupp, and it has a length of 40; all of which is available for use. But you won't get any more than that. Check the ones that are truncated; you'll find they all display 40 characters.

If I had to do what you're trying to do, I'd make a table of Smooth Titles, and work that--plus SmoothName()--into the mix. Not perfect, but would work fairly well.
