We would need a lot more information. Has GoldMine or the documents been moved? What changes have taken place in relation to GoldMine at the time that these problems showed up? I would certainly upgrade GM to the latest 5.7 (which greatly improved email) or better to 6.7. These will still work in your environment and will work better because they had brought a lot of improvements to GoldMine.

At the present moment I don't have any issue in my system about that screen.
Is simply I would like to know what is the purpose of each option.
Where can I find a complete and detailed information help about this topic ?

The only proof I do was a link in the y: disk change to the o: disk. With the same folder structure for that linked file.

But When I click in the linked file don't found.
I supposed that if I proposed as an alternative the O: disk, the file will be look also in that disk if fails the first .

Please. Where can I find complete information about these topics besides the user's manuals ?

Best Regards

I suggest that you get a GoldMine consultant or Partner who can sit you (in person or remotely) to review your system and your questions. Many on this forum could do it remotely (starting with Doug) and maybe you have a good local source.

Also, I again make the recommedation that upgrade your GM to atleast the latest 5.7 or 6.7. This will grealy improve the performance of your program.
