Is there any 3rd party stuff out there that I can update the state field based on the zip code? Had a customer mistakenly do a global replace on their state field, but the zips are good. No backup of course.

If you have a reasonably good Zip database, GoldBox has a way to do it. It's a 2-step process:

1. Import the Zip data into GoldBox's own table for that data (you may want to purge the existing data in that table, if it's questionable); then

2. Do a GoldBox Global Replace on the State field, using the GetState() function that GoldBox has.

if you don't have a reasonably up-to-date city-state-zip list, see this post for more details on how you can get one!
