I've got a client who is sending us documents in tiff format. When we retrieve them into GM it brings the email in but strips the document.
When I access the message from Webmail, I can retrieve the document.
In preview mode, I get this message:
This message is in MIME format. The first part should be readable text, while the remaining parts are likely unreadable without MIME-aware tools. Bugs to support@brattberg.se (http://www.brattberg.se)
Can I make some adjustments to my GM to allow this to be accepted?
