Thanks, Paul; I had the order of things reversed, of course. You are exactly right. It works out the same for standard usage, but we are discussing modified usage. I can't say exactly why Dave chose not to offer HTML within these Views; that is, whether it's possible or not.

I can say that in the very early days of the Views, I managed to put HTML tags that worked in a few ViewForms (for sending E-mail), but I never found a way to do it easily,. In the end, I abandoned it as not worth the trouble.
