GM 6.70.70226 on XP Pro.
I receive a daily update email from one of my supplier's but when I receive it there is no formatting so the body of the email is just a box of text.
If I click reply then the original email shown at the bottom of my email is correctly formatted. If I view the email in browser there is still no formatting and I can see from the email header my supplier is using Apple mail if that makes any difference.
Is there anything I can do to sort out the formatting or is it something that I will have to put up with? My supplier says no one else has commented but then I suspect no one else is using an old version of GM. |

If this is only happening with email from one source, I suspect that his email may be the problem. I am not sure that there is a solution for you in GM if all other emails are properly formatted. |

I also suspect it is their issue rather than mine, I just wondered if there was some setting in GM that I had missed. |

I have had similiar problems on xp with V6.70.70226 -- noted it only happens when sent from certain iPads and certain phones, as I have nailed it down to same party sending same email from a real computer and formatting is there.
