If I have a report with notes that causes a second page to print and I output that to the printer instead of the window option, is prints fine, however if I output to a window, because I want to save as an rtf file, the second page is blank - any thoughts
It appears that the issue is that the notes field won't span to an additional page.

known problem. Outputting directly to the printer is the only solution. |

Thanks Doug, my solution was to use PDF Creator which is free and just have everyone print to a P'DF. Is there a way to default and lock users into outputting the reports to the printer rather than the window or at lease default the option to the printer?
Thanks. |

I love/use PDF Creator as well. Watch out for the automatically-checked junkware stuff included in the installer, though. It's not too bad, but still..
As for defaulting options, I don't think there's anything simple you can do to accomplish that. Training is about it. |

Thanks, yeah I noticed that pdf creator had some optional junkware - I was surprised. |
