Hi Guys,
Does anyone know what setting disables the "sync with contact record" on receiving an email?
A user is working their way through a group of records, and the record he's working on loses focus when he checks his goldmine email.
Thanks,
Donald |

I found an option in the Goldmine Email that needs to be unchecked.
In Goldmine Email list, right click and select Options.
In Options, theres a "Sync Contact" option, unchecking this options should resolve the issue. |

This is a suggestion I make to most users/admins of GoldMine. Having that turned on tends to make the system slower and more unresponsive. Sure, it offers a little benefit, but when you can right-click and select 'go to contact' anyway, it's pointless to leave it turned on. |
