I have a client who, on his laptop, cannot edit scheduled activities in GM 2013.1. He can schedule them but cannot edit them from the calendar or in the contact's Pending tab. The user is a Master user. Editing scheduled activities work well for other users and it works well for him on the server. When I log into his GM, I too cannot edit his scheduled activities. I have recreated his user.ini file and have also deleted his user from GM then re-entered his user. I have deleted the user's records in the Environment table. So far all the above has not corrected the problem.
Many thanks. |

Did you ever find a solution for this? I am having the same issue on only one user. All the other users can edit.
Thanks.

It's possible that the user's scheduled activities are linked to contact records owned by other users/groups.
Take a look at Edit|Record Properties|Record related settings on a contact where this users has trouble editing an activity. What's the ownership and curtaining look like?
Also, look the user's access permissions under tools|users settings|properties|access tab. There might be something not set there.. ? |
