can anyone give me info about how literature fulfullment works? I get the basics. Like anyone can queue literature to be sent. But there seems to be lots of potential with this and I can't find any details of how it all comes together. |

it's basically a place for the person who is in charge of your theoretical warehouse full of printed pamphlets, sales slicks, etc. to have their schedule set for them. If 3000 contacts are to have sales pamphlet Y and cover letter Z sent to them, you schedule it in the lit fulfillment center -- which can conveniently print out all those cover letters via the template your made over in the document management center via a Word Merge.
The major misunderstanding that many people have about the feature is that the lit fulfillment center will NOT be generating those fancy tri-fold sales slicks for you, it just tells Henry in the warehouse that 3000 of them need to be pulled... |

Exactly. That's a very good explanation Doug. I'm always amazed at how people think that the Literature Fulfillment is an automatic way to distribute literature. |

Thanks, glad to hear it. She deserves more job satisfaction than she got from FrontRange. |
