We have two systems, an English and a French - both are identical in their setup. The problem we are experiencing ONLY occurs on the French system.
Every Sunday, a GoldBox profile will be ran to delete the current organisation charts for every record in the database, this will then be replaced by a newly created one.
Server side everything is fine and this is working correctly. When remote users come to synchronise however, it is not sending out the deletions and will append to the current organisation tree creating duplicates.
Below is the following that we have tried:

1) Created a record on the server with an org chart.
2) Synchronised the remote and record with org chart came across.
3) Deleted org chart server side.
4) Synchornised remote machine and org chart deleted.

1) Truncated GMTLOG and CONTTLOG on remote
2) Set date back for users sync two weeks where the profile had ran twice
3) Synchronised machine and only one org chart came across
4) After re-running the GoldBox profile and synchronising again, the org chart was again appended to.

Looked at both the GMTLOG and CONTTLOG to see if deletions were being sent. They were not.
---------------------
1) Created a manual transfer set to include: Org Charts and ALL deletions - with no cut off date.
2) Truncated GMTLOG and CONTTLOG and removed from CONTSUPP all entries with a rectype of 'O'
3) Imported transfer set.
4) Only one org chart was created.
5) Re-ran GoldBox profile and synced laptop.
6) Again, duplicate was added.

Tried copying the English API to the French API - no luck!

I am now literally out of ideas and unsure how to progress this further. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

| If you have a) run the OrgChart by itself, letting it do the deletions; AND b) first run a deletion of the Contsupp Org Chart records, followed by a rebuild of the OrgCharts; then you have done all I know to suggest. As I said in my post on the FR boards, you need to contact Dave Petonic. |
