Didn't GoldBox used to have an "Undelete" feature to recover records deleted?... I don't see it in the latest GoldBox-5. I know I can use BR7 but I thought that functionality was in GoldBox. |

It is there. Open Contact1 in the GXBrowser, and locate a record that has been deleted (marked by a red X; the deletion must have occurred since the last rebuild, of course).
Press the the Delete/Undelete record button on the toolbar (looks like a spreadsheet with a red X in the upper right corner). It willl ask you to confirm that you want to undelete the Cotnact1 record. Confirm that you do, and that's itl. It does undelete all the attached records, too; but does not tell you that it's donig it (I don't know why Dave did away with that).
There is also a Global Undelete in the GxBrowser Options list. |

Yeah, that's something it ought to proclaim with music, waving flags & dancing girls... |

Thanks... didn't realize it did all the tables...but I should have guessed after I recovered one Contact1 record and then there were not Conthist records to get. |
