Any help would be appreciated. I am sure I just have missed a setting here... somewhere. Thank you, Wayne

The email function for sending and receiving works fine. The only hang up is when it tries to send a sync set via email and it just reflects the above.
This is a GoldMine dbase 5.5 version running on Windows XP. All other functionality is good. |

Are the email settings correct for the user who is logged into GoldSync (ie if MASTER logs into GoldSync can MASTER send emails normally)? Has this been working or did it ever work?
I strongly recommend you not use email sync, and instead sync via a VPN using IP to IP sync. From my experience of synchronization email sync is far more hassle than it is worth, to the point where I dont even tell my customers it exists any more. Syncing IP to IP using a VPN is far more reliable and far less problematic. |

IP to IP sync is the best way to go if it is available but if not available, email sync should be alble to work (though much more hassle.
Please answer my above question. |
