Hi,

On our GMPE 2014 build 489 15 users on one Contact record 3 users are experiencing the same issue when writing an email that the text does not follow the keyboard, it starts to appear 10 -20 seconds after being typed, this only happens on this contact record and only for the these 3 users whether New or Reply, we would regularly send emails to this contact.

Tried disabling AV but still the same.

Have you tried simply copying the record into a new record using the Merge/Purge capabilities of GoldMine?

DJ, yes have tried that and same behaviorit is still limited to three users and now a couple more records.

Logged in as the users on a different PC's and no delay in type appearing, but the cursor had a blue circle flashing around it at very high speed.

Tried replying etc but in plain text and no delay so I think it must be something to do with HTML - IE x on these pc's which are all new W7pro..

Run anti-spyware/virus tool and clear out browser add-ons, extensions and toolbars. Something has wormed it's way into IE for those users.
