Is this possible? When using Outlook, If I don't happen to remember the contact...
Especially if I want to link an email from someone else (like a coworker) to a company in GM.
This leads me to my next question... How best to keep "EMPLOYEES" in GM... if not as contacts... when we keep them as contacts there emails address inevitably keeps getting linked to other companies and it creates a linking MESS?
Oops, I'll post this as a separtate topic for response. |

I believe, but don't quote me, that you can't switch midstream. I believe that whether it is Company or Contact is determined by your Options settings within GoldMine. |

I've made sure all my options are set to company not contact already...
So I don't believe this affects the GISMO search window.
Hmmm.... |

Hmmmm... Then I really can't say. Maybe Douglas will have something to add. |

Nope, nothing to add. I'm not aware of any way to change GISMO's default lookup field... Sorry |
