Hi all,
Version 7 CE. Last build of 7 before 7.5 (sorry don't have access to exact version number right now).
Clone option is greyed out in the Opportunity Manager.
Checked on 6.7 with the same outcome.
PE the option is available.
"Feature" or something obvious we're missing?
Thanks again. |

Not sure.
Try cloning it to a template and making a new opportunity based on that template.
In 8.0.3, clone seems to work.. Dunno what the difference is though. |

Thanks Doug. That is the work around they are doing at the moment.
They had to close and clone over 3000 opps (long story and they use it in completely the wrong way) so the workaround is a bit of work for them.
They are looking at upgrading to PE in the short-term so that will remove the issue completely |

January is a great month to try and push them into GoldMine Premium. FrontRange has reduced its list price for CE -> PE to $325.00 US, and most GoldMine Partners will discount that price. |

Thanks DJ.
The Aussie dollar has been smashed into tiny pieces and other currencies are now pointing and laughing at it, so we don't get such an attractive discount.
They want to move ahead, but they are a TAFE so the approval process can take some time as it works through their various levels of management. |

For 65 licenses with a move to EE in another year, there is a deal being formulated. |
