| Just did a 7.51 upgrade and the workstations are a mix of 2003 and 2007 Office. The link that comes with 7.51 won't install. Just sits there after agreeing to the terms. Any other link version says the version of GM is not compatible. |

| I think that most people are having good luck with 217. |

| I agree tht 217 seems to be the solution for most recent releases of GoldMine. |

| Is there not a new version of the GMLink that is to be used with GoldMine 7.5? Im not sure if that means the old versions do not work with 7.5. It might be worth contacting FrontRange support and get them to verify that you are using the latest link, and if not to send you the latest link. |

| The issue is none of the links work without generating the compatibility error. |

| FRS says the problem is related to having to have local installs with v7.51. They couldn't answer why this problem doesn't happen with other v7 installs I've seen where the Word link works without a local install. |

| Yes GoldMine 7.5x, and GoldMine Premium now require Local Installs for GISMO and the Office Links. This will be the default for all future releases as well. |
