GMPE - Exchange 2007
Client is trying to send out emails from GoldMine, have checked the password, username, IP address - get the following messages
Unrecognised authorisation type
550 5.7.1
unable to relay
Authorisation is set to PASS in GoldMine settings.
Any ideas what I should look at next please ? |

Do you have SMTP Authentication turned on or off?... Accounts | Advanced (try it on or off to see)
Are you using the ISP's SMTP server or an internal SMTP server? |
