I am trying to run an update of fields on existing records in the GM database. Running Goldbox-7, on Goldmine 7 .00.70302, SQL Server 2000 database. Phases 1 and 2 completes, but when Phase 3 begins, I get the error:
Database Engine Error: Could not find object.
File: D:\Apps\Goldbox\nuimport.prg
Routine: GXIDOFINISH
Line: 4957
Your help is greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Andy Weaver

The only thing I see is a difference in your Customer Number field, and the UserDef to which it is mapped. When used for matching, the field lengths should be the same, or an expression to compensate should be used.
But I don't think that's it; doesn't seem to fit the error message. Try updating to the latest version of GX7.
If that doesn't work, I recommend that you contact Dave Petonic directly, and give him that error message, including the line number. |
