Hi my name is Frank, I am a senior architect at REM Software Solutions. I hope to be able to answer your questions in regards to Anvil. The first question that I am usually asked is why Anvil? The answer is fairly straightforward, there was a gap in the integration marketplace and Anvil was created to fill it.
The other offerings in the goldmine integration/business process market suffer serious flaws in both design and execution. I'm pleased to see that at least one of the other products in this market has in it's recent releases, made vast strides in improving it's usability, by copying what we had already done. Other products in this market range from 1980's technology, to application that grew out of small internal products with no thought given to scalability or performance.
Anvil was designed from the ground up to provide complete flexibility and power to the end user. That power is hidden behind drag and drop design interface, combined with product specific drivers (in this case our GoldMine product driver) that simplify the complexities of a typical CRM database.
If you are tired of attempting to apply 20 year old technology to today’s business challenges, or tired of your business process failing partway feel free to post here, or to email me at fholden@remsoftwaresolutions.com. I will do my best to answer any and all questions that you have. |
