We have several undocked that have allowed someone set something in GoldmIne user.ini that prevents the normal pop-up screen from coming up when an email comes in from a user/email address that is not in goldmine. When I renamed the user.ini the pop-up started happening again, which is what we want, can someone tell what the entry is in the user.ini that is causing this behavior? |
