Hi, I have a small query regarding my GM (version 2013).

When I am reading emails the “Next” and “Previous” buttons work the wrong way round. For example if I am reading an email in a customer’s history tab (although the same thing happens elsewhere) and want to read the previous email i.e. the one received before the email I am reading and I hit the “Previous” button it takes me to the email received after the one I am reading and I have to use the “Next” button to get to the earlier email.

I think initially this worked correctly but I am not 100% sure so I wondered whether I had inadvertently changed a setting somewhere and if so does anyone know how to change it back or is this just a peculiarity to GM?

Next moves down on the list and Previous moves up.

...and that list is ordered by the Sort Order selected.
