The Users List in the drop downs in Calendar, Filters, Reports etc. only shows the entry for (PUBLIC)
If I check under File|Configure GoldMine|User Settings all is fine and I can add and delete members at will.
I have ran maintenance on the database with no problem. I've even looked at the users.dbf file with the utility BR*.exe from Dave Petonic and it looks fine.
Suggestions Please?
Thanks,
Jackie |

I did run maintenance and that didn't work. So I found an old copy of the users.* files and replaced the current users.* (after backing them up.) The old files were working but the users list wasn't current. I figured I was going to have to add all the newer users back in so I put the first Users.* files back just so I could put together a list of all the newer users. When I put those files back they worked just fine. Not sure what was going on but it's working now.
Thanks for the quick response though! |

What version of GM are you on? In 4.0 (and older) the users lookups were handled differently than with 5, 6 & 7... |
