All,
I installed GoldBox 7 (2007-B) against a GoldMine PE system and I have it set up to run an import / update every night. I am running into an issue where the new records are only getting CONTACT1 records created and not related CONTACT2 records... even though there are a number of user defined fields that are mapped to be added or updated. The worst part is that I am using one of the user defined fields to match the records... so I am getting a lot of duplicates right now.
I added the NewComplete line in the GM.INI, but that didn't seem to help. Anyone have any suggestions to try?
Thanks in advance,
Bob |

Dave definitely needs to see this. I just sent him an E-mail about it (just back from out of town), so hopefully you'll hear from him today. |

Latest version is 2007-C, from the below Web site, Downloads page.
Contact2 is the problem, most likely. If you have a whole bunch (more than 200), if they are not named properly, if the field type you chose in SQL is too exotic - it can cause a problem in GX7 whereby a mapping template cannot be generated for import - and other operations. |
