I'm trying to run maintenance and I get a permission denied?
Here are some screenshots.
I'm admin on the machine and I can create/delete files in that directory.
There are no OPEN Files from that folder
I rebooted the PC once already
GM: 6.7.*.226

The first error box tells you that GoldMine is trying to rename the Contact1.dbf file to Xontact1.dbf, which is normal. But it cannot do that, because Xontact1.dbf already exists.
So, go to the folder where Contact1.dbf exists, and look for files beginning with the letter X. It's a good idea to copy them all to a safe place (although you'll probably never need them); then DELETE them all. Then, try maintenance again.
The second error message will probably not reappear after you've fixed this problem. |

| I agree with Bob Taylor's suggestions. Move the "X" files out of Goldmine and try again. |
