I have just upgraded my UK version to 2008-R and have tried creating a new profile. The new profile is meant to delete all org trees in the system however when I access the profile I am presented with the following errors.

Everytime I ignore one of these another comes up, here are the first two:

==================================

Server Error: Login failed for user 'L%id0007". Login incorrect.

File: D:\UKGMSystem\gx7\gxwfuncs.prg
Routine: OPENGMSQL
Line: 2816

==================================

Error: Database not opened.

File: D:\UKGMSystem\gx7\gxwmisc.prg
Routine: MAKEC1C2
Line: 1806

==================================

In addition to this, my profile to replace the org trees is still working correctly.

Any advice?

I don't know if this applies to your situation or not, but I recommend that you update again. Last night, a bug was found that affected Version R for GXSQL. Specifically, it stopped me from opening Global Replace Setups. The bug was quickly fixed, and the current download is OK.

If that's not it, call Dave. You have two specific error messages with line numbers; he can troubleshoot based on that info. No one else can.

Thanks for the info Bob. Do you know when this new download may be available on the site?

Regards

As I said,

However, I don't know if this has anything to do with your problem; in fact, I suspect not. It looks more like you are presenting the SQL server with a bad Username, which is more of a Config issue. But again, get with Dave. He has the source code; those line numbers point him in the right direction, and no one else has that info.

As ok no problem. I downloaded the upgrade last night so would suspect that is the latest one I have used. I've fired an email off to Dave so fingers crossed he will know what the problem is.

Thanks again!
